From a garage
roaster to your
morning ritual
It started with a popcorn popper and an obsession. In 2019, our founder Mara spent six months roasting in her garage, testing bean after bean until she found the ones that made her stop and close her eyes on the first sip.
Today, we source directly from 42 farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Kenya. We roast every Tuesday in 5kg batches — small enough to control every variable, big enough to share. Every cup you drink was roasted within the last two weeks. That's not a marketing line. That's just how we work.
